We are thrilled to announce that, as of today, November 27, 2024, our esteemed prior director and owner, Vladimir Puntarić, has officially handed over the ownership of the company OPIKAR to the next generation: Luka Puntarić (Managing Director/CEO and Majority Shareholder/Owner), Saša Puntarić Makuc (Procurator and Minority Shareholder/Owner), and Nina Puntarić Kavalič (Procurator and Minority Shareholder/Owner). Vladimir is incredibly proud of this decision and remains with us in spirit and support.
Vladimir Puntarić and Daša Puntarić will continue to be actively involved in the operations within the OPIKAR Group.
